The fee for each additional person in the same suite at a Harrison Residence is $600/month.
No. Suites are rented on a month-to-month basis. The only requirement is that you give 30 days notice if you are planning to move, so that we may arrange for a new resident for your suite.
Depending upon availability, you can enter into a rental agreement immediately, depositing with us your first month’s rent and a month’s rent as your damage deposit.
If no suites are available for your desired occupancy date, you can reserve an upcoming suite by placing a $500.00 deposit towards a suite that you wish to reserve.
Alternatively, you can have your name placed on our wait list and we will call you when a suite that suits you is available.
Basic cable is included, but if you want more channels or premium cable, you will need to contact Shaw Cable and set up your own account. You will be responsible to pay for premium cable.

Harrison Landing: Telephone is not included in your room rate package. Residents are responsible for their own telephone plan.
